Why do most people upgrade to Watch it all?
The “Watch it all” plan allows you to watch all games and all competitions on Sideline.Live. This means you can watch unlimited LIVE and On Demand video as well as the games and events that we broadcast. You can watch on any device and there are no fixed term contracts so you can unsubscribe at any time.
How do I buy a game or season pass?
You can buy a game pass from your chosen game’s page. To buy a game, go to the game you want to watch. At the bottom right, select “Purchase for $7.95”.
Sometimes, we set up a season pass for a particular competition. If you are keen on following a competition through to the end, it’s a good idea to check the competition’s home page to see whether there is a season pass available. At the bottom right, you will see the purchase options available.
Can I upgrade to a premium subscription at any point?
Yes. You can upgrade to a premium subscription at any stage by selecting the “GO PREMIUM” (in green) at the top right of the site. You’ll need to complete the form with your payment details. Just remember that this is a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time. There are no fixed-term contracts.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
With Sideline.Live there are no fixed-term contracts. You can easily cancel your monthly subscription.
- Open up your account details by selecting the circle with your initial in it at the top right of the page.
- Click on subscriptions.
- Select and click the Unsubscribe text.
There are no cancellation fees – start or stop your account at any time.
If you cancel your monthly subscription, you'll still have access until the end of the period for which you have paid.
Can I re-subscribe after I cancel my monthly subscription?
Yes.
When you cancel your monthly subscription, your log in details are saved with us. This way, you can always re-subscribe to the sport you love at any time.
